Using Figolive
By using Figolive you agree to these terms. You're responsible for the negotiation rules, pricing limits, and scripts you configure, and for ensuring your use of automated calling complies with the laws that apply to you.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to contact the people you reach through the service and to record calls where required. You're responsible for the accuracy of the guardrails and offers you set — Figolive enforces your limits but does not set them for you.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; we'll give notice of material changes.
Liability
Figolive is provided on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for outcomes of negotiations conducted within the rules you configure.
